She was even lucky enough to spend a few days working inside parliament! So, fancy some explainers on how the British electoral system works? All modelled on the British electoral system and called 'a brilliant innovation' by our local MP, who has seen it up a running, we can bring this brainchild to your school, all accompanied by Mildred's boundless enthusiasm for learning! Get yourselves a Prime Minister, a cabinet of ministers, Members of Parliament from every class, along with parliamentary committees, and real elections with voting booths & proper ballot papers. Your children will get a much better understanding of how our politics works by taking part in it! Children need to learn that they have genuine power and a voice in the world, even at a young age.
